Choose a box just slightly bigger than your item being shipped, just enough to accommodate some protective material to prevent your product from getting damaged during storage or transportation, but as small as you can work with to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Choose the flute the best suits your application:
B and C flutes are the most commonly used flutes in double wall cartons, for more heavy-duty boxes or containers flutes can be combined, for example A/C, B/C or B/E.

A is the thickest flute, this option offers the greatest rigidity for stacking.
B is the most commonly used flute for die-cut styles.

C is the most popular choice for packaging for shipment
E is the thinnest flute, not appropriate for heavy items but common for custom printed cartons
